BTS has experienced team of radio-dispatched technicians in new
fully equipped trucks, available twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week. We keep our technicians on call after hours, because
we understand that business is being conducted somewhere at all
times, day and night.
While other companies might need to order parts, or stop by a supply
house to pick up parts, we have a full warehouse on site. What this
means, is that we will we have replacement parts in stock should
the need arise, and we can respond to the problem reports immediately.
In the rare case that a technician doesn't have the parts needed
on his truck, they're just a short drive from the parts.
Customer service is taken very seriously at Business Telephone
Systems. We understand that your telephone system is your lifeblood
and that is why we have Service Response Time guarantees. When an
emergency situation arises, BTS will have a technician on site within
2 hours. We define an emergency as any time when 50% of your phones
or 50% of your incoming lines are not functioning.
Add, move and change requests are worked on a first call, first
service basis. Average time from request to completion is 3 business
days. Many times these types of calls can be handled remotely from
our offices via modem.
