Voicemail
In today's world of business, voicemail is everywhere. It has truly reshaped the way we work and communicate, making us more efficient, while lowering the cost of business operations. Whatever your messaging needs, Business Telephone Systems has a solution that will allow you to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and simplify your communications.
Iwatsu
Business Telephone Systems offers two different voice mail platforms by Iwatsu. Based on the size of your company, and the features you desire, we'll customize your voice mail to your exact specifications. Our solutions from Iwatsu run the gamut feature wise, including everything from Automated Attendant to Unified Messaging.
Omega Voice VMI
Iwatsu's Omega Voice VMI is a full featured voice mail card that slides right into your Adix APS or Adix VS phone systems. We call it ‘in the skin' because it digitally integrates with the phone system simply by plugging into the back plane of the switch. The form of integration optimizes call processing as well as voice mail retrieval speeds and insures that message waiting lamps are lit immediately. Depending on the configuration, the Omega Voice VMI can expand from 4 to 8 ports, and can house a total of 300 hours of messages in up to 600 mailboxes. More advanced features available include automated attendant, call record, call monitor, and message notification via cell phone or pager.
Esna Technology's TOL2000
Iwatsu has partnered with Esna Technology to release the TOL2000 to fill the role of a larger voice mail for their phone switches. With the ability to grow from 4 to 64 ports, and virtually unlimited mailboxes, your company has plenty of room for growth under this platform. Since the voicemail is PC based, message storage needn't be a concern either. Using proprietary compression, 1 hour of recorded messages only takes up 10 MB of hard disk space. With today's hard drives growing to sizes upwards of 100 gigabytes, storage concerns are a thing of the past.
You've heard the industry buzz term ‘Unified Messaging'. Do you know what it means though? UM is the latest technology to take the voicemail world by storm, and Esna Technology's TOL2000 is how Business Telephone Systems delivers it with an Iwatsu phone system as the front end. Unified messaging is the ability to retrieve and reply to all of your messages in one place. Voice mail, E-mail, and faxes are all delivered to your Outlook inbox when we integrate a TOL2000 server with your company's Microsoft Exchange Server.
If you don't need UM, but are looking for a voice mail that you can administer yourself, then the TOL2000 is your answer. Built on a Dell Optiplex PC, with Windows 2000 as the operating system, the simple to navigate user interface allows Network Administrators, Office Managers, or anyone else to easily make changes to the voice mail.
Telrad
 EmaGEN
Telrad Connegy's EmaGEN is the latest in their line of voice mail platforms, and the standard for Telrad Connegy messaging systems from here forward. EmaGEN is offered in several configuration packages depending on how many ports of voicemail and what applications you require. EmaGEN is capable of integrating with Exchange for Unified Messaging, and can also function as an IVR if you require intelligent database lookups.
If you aren't concerned with feature sets, and just want a vanilla voice mail, the LE64 is the voice mail for you. The LE64 is limited to 4 ports and 64 mailboxes, but features all of the benefits of the larger systems minus the add on options. Automated attendant, voice mail reporting, and network based management are just some of the features of the LE64.
The full featured models of EmaGEN are truly cutting edge amongst the industry. Packing in all of the features you expect from a voicemail and offering the latest in technology like Speech Recognition Auto Attendant, Unified Messaging, Text to Speech Email playback, is what separates EmaGEN from the rest.
