Tapit
Trisys, Inc. offers the best in telephone call accounting solutions that let management clearly identify how employees utilize their time for business and non-business purposes, helping prevent productivity loss, improve customer service and, ultimately, increase the bottom line.
Tapit produces reports on demand or on an automated schedule determined by you. All reports can be viewed on your computer's screen, printed, saved to your hard drive, emailed, or viewed on the web. While there are many more options to choose from when setting up your reports, examples of some of the most popular reports are below:
The reports that are built into AccuCall include:
Longest Call by Extension |
Most Expensive Calls by Extension |
General Summary Report |
Extension Detail/Summary |
Most Frequently Dialed Number |
Departmental Reports |
In addition to collecting real time information, Tapit can export that information to spreadsheets, billing packages, or a text file. It can also create graphical reports including bar, line, and pie graphs.
We recommend that you run Tapit on a computer that won't ever be shut down, because when Tapit is shutdown, data collection is shut down as well. For best results, Tapit should be installed it's own computer. We can network your computer and the Tapit server for easy access to the software.
To run Tapit, requirements are minimal, and are listed below:

Pentium 2 based PC |

Windows 98/NT/2000/XP Professional |
