Telrad Connegy's SuperNOVAE IQ product line provides the call center manager with accurate and dependable ACD statistics. The SuperNOVAE IQ software package works on all Telrad Connegy phone systems, version 7.30 or higher. Prior versions of Telrad Connegy phone software can still get ACD reporting for their phone system by deploying the NovaWIZARD software package.
With the SuperNOVAE IQ, call center managers can get basic ACD statistics on the display of their Avanti Digital phone. If more detailed statistics, including graphs, reports, and comparisons are needed, SuperNOVAE IQ provides the ability to collect and display this information as well.
