About BTS

Business Telephone Systems (BTS) was the first private telephone system company to serve the metro Atlanta area. Incorporated in 1974, BTS has continued to grow throughout our history. Our growth can be attributed to the commitment we make towards customer satisfaction, the sale of only the most reliable products on the market, and the promise to be there when you need us, today, tomorrow, or anytime in the future.

At Business Telephone Systems, we employ over half of our staff in support roles. These are the employees tasked with the functions necessary to provide quality design, training, installation and service on our customer's systems. Since our sales team has sold the same product line since 1976, it's been easy to assure that our people are experts on the products we sell. Working with the same products for so long, has also allowed our technicians to truly understand how the products work. This in turn allows us to deliver the level of support that our customers expect and deserve.

BTS' service technicians have been presented numerous awards from our manufacturers. In addition to being factory certified, they've won the "Diamond Distributor Award" and the "Excellence in Technical Achievement" award repeatedly, given only to those companies displaying excellence in field support.
