ESI manufactures a full line of both Digital and VOIP telephone systems. Starting with the very affordable yet feature-rich ESI C-Plus and running all the way through the top-end ESI-1000 Communications Server, you can be confident that there is a system that will meet your capacity, feature and growth requirements.

ESI C PLUS

The ESI C-Plus is designed for small businesses that need voice mail as well as basic and intermediate call handling capabilities.  The ESI C-Plus is designed to grow to 8 lines and 16 phones but it does not support VoIP. This is an ideal entry level system for smaller businesses that need powerful telecommunications features at an affordable price.

ESI Communication Servers

There are five Communications Server models: the CS-1000, the CS-600, the CS-200, the CS-100, and the CS-50 which share a vast array of features and user benefits.

Each ESI Communications Server is built to grow with your business intelligently and thanks to the shared feature set among the ESI Communications Server line, retraining is minimized if you migrate from one model up to the next. You can start off small and expand your system up to 336 outside lines and up to 816 stations.

The ESI Communication Servers support both Digital and VoIP telephones, in  48, 24, and 12 Key configurations.  The phones are backlit with an integrated Help/Programming key making them some of the most user friendly phones on the market.

Voice Mail is built into the processor on all ESI systems, and the size of the voice mail varies with the model of Communication Server.  All voice mail systems have an option to included ESI’s VIP Software.

VIP (Visually Integrated Phone) is ESI's suite of software applications designed to provided Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) capabilities for ESI users. VIP, which integrates with Microsoft Outlook, comes in several different versions: VIP Basic, VIP Professional. VIP ACD Agent, VIP ACD Supervisor, VIP PC Attendant VIP Soft phone, and VIP SE.
